We currently ship primarily within the United Arab Emirates and select international locations. We are constantly expanding our reach to bring our unique collection to more customers worldwide.
2. Shipping Rates
- Local Delivery (UAE): Standard shipping rate is AED 20. Free shipping on orders above AED 500.
- International Shipping: Rates vary based on the destination country and package weight. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
- Local (UAE): 2-4 business days.
- International: 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Order page to monitor your shipment's progress.
5. Customs and Duties
For international orders, please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office.
